We keep your information to a minimum.

What happens when you visit

You can read the website’s public information without creating an account. The site’s hosting and security services receive the technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

This may include an IP address, browser type, requested page, time and security events.

Contact requests

The contact form collects the name you choose to use, a contact number and the question or comment you send. This information is used only to read and respond to your request. It is not added to a mailing list.

When you send the form, your browser sends the information directly to FormSubmit, which delivers it to a private inbox. FormSubmit and the website’s hosting and security services may receive routine technical information, including an IP address, as part of sending and protecting the request. FormSubmit does not publish a commitment to keep data in Australia, so contact requests may be processed or stored overseas. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Access to the delivered request is limited to Tania Brown.

Contact requests are deleted within 90 days after the final response or decision, unless an active safety matter, complaint or legal requirement means the information needs to be kept for longer. The inbox is checked weekly and the form is intended for general enquiries. If you need support now, please use the services on the Get help now page.

Links to support services, books.by, weather sites and other organisations take you to services with their own privacy practices. A quick exit changes the page you are viewing, while browser history, router logs, synced history, downloads, call logs or messages may remain on your device or connected accounts.

Future services will have clear privacy rules.

The meeting list and any future forms will open after their storage, access and deletion arrangements are confirmed. This notice will be updated before they begin collecting information.
