Healing in connection

A space where
you can simply be.

You are not required to explain, justify, compare, or disclose your experience. You can arrive exactly as you are.

“Just being here is enough.”

What to expect

A meeting, gently held.

No two rooms are identical, but the rhythm is intentionally predictable so you can know what comes next.

  1. 01

    Arrive

Choose a place that feels comfortable. You may sit near an exit, keep your camera off online, or leave at any time.

  2. 02

    Listen

The group opens with shared readings that explain the purpose, boundaries, and values of the space.

  3. 03

    Share—or don’t

People speak from their own experience. Passing is always an acceptable and complete response.

  4. 04

    Close

The meeting ends with a grounding reminder. You take what is useful and leave what is not.

If this is your first time

You do not need
the right words.

You may feel unsure, overwhelmed, curious, numb—or several things at once. All of that is welcome.

There is no expectation that you understand the steps, trust the room immediately, or tell your story. You can observe. You can take things in slowly. You can decide what, if anything, comes next.

What holds the room

Eight guiding
values.

These are not decorative statements. They shape how people participate and how safety is protected.

01

Safety

Emotional and psychological safety come first. You are encouraged to care for yourself throughout.

02

Choice

You choose what you share, how you participate, and what feels right. Silence is participation.

03

Respect

Every person’s experience and process are treated with dignity. We do not interrupt or invalidate.

04

Non-judgement

There is no comparison of stories, hierarchy of pain, or judgement of coping strategies.

05

Confidentiality

What is shared in the room stays in the room, creating a foundation for trust.

06

Shared experience

We speak from our own lives and share what helped us rather than prescribing what others should do.

07

Compassion

We approach ourselves and each other with care, patience, and context.

08

Accountability

We take responsibility for our conduct while refusing shame as a method of change.
