How this works

We are building the fellowship in the open.

Survivors Anonymous began with a published book and a peer-support framework. The current work is preparing the safeguards, processes and practical foundations for the first meetings.

The meeting model has a clear foundation.

Future meetings will be free to attend. They will use a predictable structure, shared readings and eight guiding values. People will speak from personal experience, listen with respect, choose how they participate, leave at any time and understand “something greater” in their own way.

Survivors Anonymous will offer peer-led reflection and shared experience. Therapy, clinical treatment, crisis response and practitioner support can continue alongside the fellowship.

The next stage will establish the practical details.

Current work covers the organisational structure, contact and conduct processes, email privacy rules, meeting directory, anonymity agreement and the financial relationship between the book, Forged in Fire Press and the future fellowship. These details will be published plainly before meetings begin.

The anonymity agreement will explain which information stays in the room, how a facilitator responds to an immediate safety risk, and how online meeting details are protected. People will be able to read these rules before entering a room.

You can begin with the published resources.

You can read the twelve-step pathway, buy the book, learn how meetings are intended to work, or use the Australian support directory if you need help today.
